Meetings dedicated to the knowledge of that aspect of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by S. S. Yogi Bhajan, aimed at the practice of meditation.
What is it about?
It is a group journey with particular attention to each participant.
Daniele will guide you through breathing and concentration techniques, through mantra chanting and mudras (hand positions).
Meditation allows us to observe our thoughts and trains our mind to find inner silence. A state in which we are not conditioned by prejudices and preconceptions, where we can see things as they are and act in a clear and coherent way towards ourselves and others.
Who do I recommend to?
The practice is suitable for everyone. No previous knowledge or experience in meditation is required.
Why do I propose these classes?
There is a sentence from the master Thich Nhat Hanh that says:
"Meditation is not an escape, but a peaceful encounter with reality".
Wear comfortable clothing
The practice can be done sitting on a rug or cushion which are also available at the space, or on a chair for those with back or leg problems or pains.
