Caroline Delcourt

Biography

Caroline Delcourt is an actress and a dancer. She first attended the Claude Mathieu School in Paris. She studied Acting with Odile Mallet and Geneviève Brunet and she had been studying classical dance for 12 years prior at the Terpsichore school directed by Jacqueline Coulouarn.

She was also trained in jazz, modern and contemporary dance by several masters including Malik Lewis and José Cazeneuve.

She is a soprano who had Valerie Maucourt and Thomas Bellorini as her first opera singing teachers.

She worked as an interpreter in ‘Juste un instant’, a creation of Diana Ringel's dance theatre Paris, Theater de Belleville-Theater de Verre2014, ‘Le principe de l'Amour’,an adaptation of ‘On ne badine pas avec amour’, Musset-directed by Inès Garde and Solène Heliot, ‘Joyeux anniversaire Luna’ - a short film made by Jiyue Hue, ‘New York, Paris, Rome, Beirut, Moscow’- directed by Christine Manazar, Paris, Theater du Gouvernail; Rhizoma – choreography by Sharon Friedman-Festival Paris Quartier d'été, Archipel - musical creation for children- actress, director and choreographer Auxerre Expo - leisure centres and schools.

She also worked as a trainer, choreographer and director of school shows at St Michel de Picpus’s cultural association and as a dance teacher at Studio International des arts de La Scène Vanina Mareschal. In addition, she was Diana Ringel's assistant in theatre-dance at Theatre de Belleville.
