What is it about?

An immersive sound experience created by ancestral instruments such as harmonic Tibetan bells, crystal bells, the drum, the Indian flute and the voice.

The resonance of the sounds creates a "vibrational massage", which allows the person to enter into a deep relaxation.

The brain frequencies drop in a way that you can find a deep connection with your body.

This is where sound can release tension and activate your self-healing power; it can arouse insights and balance physical, mental and emotional levels.

It is a precious opportunity through which you can transform accumulated tensions, where you can rediscover that peace and lightness that is inside you when you are in contact with your truth, rooted and present.

Practical information

- The event starts at 20:30. We kindly ask you if possible to arrive 10-15 minutes before in order to start on time.

- Bring a mat if you have one(otherwise there are some at the space).

- Bring your own blanket and pillow.

- If you want to eat before the event, we recommend that you eat light food.

- The event will be in compliance with the current regulation. We ask to fill out the self-certification form that will be provided upon entry.

- At the end an herbal tea will be served.

- The activities are in full compliance with the health regulations to protect all participants: keeping distance, the use of masks before and after activity, temperature measurement and hand sanitation.
