9.00-10.00 Work on technique with Caroline Delcourt

10.00-14.00 German expressionism with Diana Ringel

Dance makes the invisible visible.

Work with Diana

An inner eye on the sensitive and creative; an outward eye on technique.

During the workshop we will keep an inner eye on sensitivity and creativity; an external eye on the technique.

Technical work will be directed in relation to physical and gestural sound work.

The research will be developed through the intertwining and acquisition of the body and sensitive technique.

Pure technique

In preparation for Diana Ringel's work we will be practicing the essential tools of expression through the body. It is a technical work focused on dance fundamentals and it will be followed by exercises and choreographies inspired by the greatest names of German expressionism.

The mastery of a profession in all its technical aspects is the prerequisite for any kind of artistic activity. Mary Wigman

At the end of the course you will receive a certificate.

In the last module we work together on a final creation which will be presented to the public on the 6th of February 2020

ENROLLMENT

The training started in February 2020. However, the III and IV modules are open to new students. It is open to everyone. However a minimum of previous experience in theater or dance is required.
