Paola Sandrini

Paola Sandrini has been working in fashion for about twenty years. She has gained her 360-degree experience starting from retail. Then she dedicated herself to corporate communication and marketing. She is based and works in Brescia. Right arm of Roberta Valentini, trend setter and cool hunter of Penelope Stores, she cover the position of store manager and buyer. In addition, she organizes special events with selected brands and supervises Penelope’s archive exhibitions. She is responsible for the dealings with the press and with institutional bodies in the world of fashion and culture. She selects and trains the staff with a view to retail coaching. She graduated as a Business Language Expert. In her efforts to be current, she regularly does training and advanced courses on how to further enhance the workforce. She teaches "Sales & Retail Management" and "Point of Sale Management" at ITS Machina Lonati.
